Payments handled externally by your team. Fleet does not process or verify transactions.
Plan access reflects the assigned Entra entitlement. Only an authorized operator can enroll or change a plan; sign in again after a change. Existing downgrades and cancellations are never automatically upgraded on login.
Tracking & privacy
Necessary service processing is always permitted. Discard stores no vehicle history and is the default unless you explicitly choose exclusive history. Exclusive history is visible only to you for your authorized fleets: at most 7 days / 300 readings, never backed up or used for analytics/training. Switching to discard, ownership revocation or a verified transition out of paid access logically deletes affected QA history. Upgrading to Premium preserves your explicit history choice. Session expiry blocks reading and new capture until sign-in; it does not erase retained history or mean your subscription expired. Consent records are retained separately. Simulated QA data only, not production archival.
